I want to give hope to all the entrepreneurs out there who love their business, but feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of time, knowledge, and systems that are required to make it successful. I want to help them build their business to the point where it pays them for their work and they get to work ON their business instead of just IN their business.

Then, after the foundation of the business is solid, I want to help them grow and scale their ideas, whether that means helping them plan multiple locations, develop a new business all together or helping them become the best leader they can be to their staff.

I know what it feels like to have a business that has high expenses that out-grow the revenue. I know what it feels like to hire the wrong people and then have to fire them. Over the years I went into deep debt many times, maxing out credit cards and ending up with no access to funds and no idea how I would make payroll.

I know what it feels like to have no savings, no rich friends or relatives, tons of debt, and no idea what I was going to do. Each time I would have to come up with some miraculous, money-making idea to save the company. And each time I did. I would constantly re-invest every bit of extra money I had, and continued to grow my business without proper pricing or systems.Fast forward to today, I have systems in place to make sure my businesses make the money they need to make to survive and grow.

My goal is to help as many people as possible become happy and healthy, and in order to do that I have to make sure our growth is stable. New ideas are calculated and metrics make my decisions instead of whimsy. Before becoming a Two Brain Mentor, I combed through every part of my businesses to make sure they follow the Two Brain systems.

To this day I test and develop our systems to bring the best guidance possible to my mentoring clients. The most comforting business advice I’ve ever heard is “know your financials, and let them guide your decisions.” Numbers don’t lie, and I love using them to help my clients gain control over their businesses once and for all. When we are deep in the valley of stress and fear, it’s hard to see the answers, and we need help from someone who has been there to climb out.
