Tammy Friedt

Being in the fitness industry for over two decades, my desire to help people succeed fills my soul. Opening a gym allowed me to continue to help others. This was an incredible dream of mine ever since I found CrossFit. However I quickly learned, you cannot run a business solely on dreams and prayers, no matter how hard you work. I made many mistakes running my gym in the beginning, with the help of Two-Brain Business, I have turned my hobby into a profitable business. I am here to help you do the same!

I opened my gym in February 2012 a little north of Pittsburgh. As a new business owner, I felt I could teach all of the classes, hire a few friends to help me out, and live happily ever after. Sound familiar?

Not the case.

After struggling both financially and emotionally, the thing that tipped me over the edge was a good friend of mine and coach quit to open her own gym within a 3-mile radius of ours. Additionally, a member quit to do the same thing. Putting my head down and working triple as hard was not doing the trick anymore. I had zero money to pay the bills and I had to use family savings to dig myself out of the enormous hole I dug myself into. I quickly realized I needed help, and that is when I called Two-Brain Business.

With mentoring and restructuring my entire business from the ground to the rafters, I was able to fix the MANY mistakes I had made over the years and turn my hobby into a profitable business.

Today I can comfortably say I am living my perfect day. As a Mentor, I continue to help people on a grander scale. As a wife and Mother, I am able to enjoy my husband and twin boys on a daily basis, take time off for vacations or just take my boys out to lunch on a whim.

My vision is to help as many entrepreneurs create the greatest version of their business possible. All it takes is the dedication you have within yourselves to succeed so you can live YOUR perfect day!
