Daily Update

The Covid Crisis has reinforced our core value to our clients: We sell coaching, not access to equipment. That means we now have the opportunity to ask ourselves, “What should we be coaching?”

Josh Martin (co-founder of Two-Brain Coaching and a Certified Two-Brain Business Mentor) says coaches need to look at the bigger picture. At Josh’s gym, CrossFit For Glory, coaches take the “sleep, eat, move and manage” approach with clients. The true value of coaching, Josh said, is in helping a client move closer to his or her goal—and that takes more than a training plan.
